Delise Reich graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1972 with a BSc and HDE. She was a Biology and General Science teacher for nine years before embarking on a new career. She became a full-time student again and completed a BA(FA) and MFA at the Michaelis School of Fine Art, graduating in1988, working specifically in ceramics. Since then she has been employed on a part-time basis at Michaelis, teaching sculpture, as well as intermittently at the University of Stellenbosch and the Community Arts Project. She also teaches evening classes and short courses in ceramic sculpture. Reich has held a number of solo exhibitions in Cape Town and has participated in various group exhibitions in South Africa and an exhibition inTaipei, Taiwan. Robert Watermeyer graduated from the Michaelis School of Fine Art in 2008 with a BA(FA). He has a MFA degree from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, Massachusetts. His work has been included in reGeneration2: Tomorrows Photographers Today , which tarvelled internationally, including being hosted at the Michaelis Galleries, UCT (2010), and will be included in The Best of the North East Masters of Fine Art exhibition, to be held at the Helen Day Art Centre in Stowe,Vermont.
