Thelema is one of the highest and coolest estates in Stellenbosch and the deep red soils have produced legendary Cabernet Sauvignon for 30 years. The 2002 was Rudi Schultz’s second vintage and has matured beautifully, offering NewWorld fruit and Bordeaux-like elegance. ‘Strong minty note here, but plenty of ripe black cherry and cassis fruit as well, supported by cocoa, mineral, herb and tar notes.
