Maverick spirit, Marc Kent continues to be the driving force behind this dynamic property, co-founded by the similarly innovative late Tim Rands. 2001 was the fifth vintage from the famous Wellington vineyard and rated 5 stars in Platter. Considered a great vintage due to moderate weather in February, the leading have aged with considerable grace. Just 1 000 cases where produced. ‘Very dark, with plum and blackberry fruit covered with smoky bacon, loam and coffee notes.
