The fine Helderberg terroir produces concentrated and highly celebrated reds. The 1694 is a luxurious, powerful blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon and is made in miniscule quantities. ‘Lush and layered, with a broad swath of mocha-coated blackberry, plum and blueberry paste flavours, followed by notes of ganache and Christmas pudding on the finish.
