Thelema is one of the highest and coolest estates in Stellenbosch and the deep red soils have produced one of South Africa’s icon Merlots since the 1990s. ‘Good ruby-red. Sweet on entry, then silky and suave in the middle, with a lovely lightness of texture …Finishes long and suave, with firm tannins and lingering berry, chocolate and espresso flavours.
