This is the first and only bottling of Meerlust Cabernet Franc, ever. Cabernet Franc has been an integral part of the Meerlust Rubicon since the first vintage in 1980. This uniquely bottled and packaged Meerlust Cabernet Franc 2014 made specifically for The AfrAsia Bank Cape Wine Auction will consist of thirty 750ml bottles, six magnums, three double magnums and one Jeroboam. The wine will be available December 2016. A journey for two in a deluxe suite on Rovos Rail, the most luxurious train in the world, from Pretoria to Durban or vice versa. This three-day two-night safari and experience takes in the splendor of KwaZulu Natal. The excursions include the Big Five at Nambiti Private Game Reserve, a battlefields tour with a world-class historian at Spionkop and the unusual ceramics of Ardmore in the rolling hills of the Midlands.
