Joubert-Tradauw is a family-owned private cellar in the Tradouw Valley in the Klein Karoo region. The farm is located just outside the picturesque village of Barrydale where owner and winemaker Meyer Joubert produces wines with an incredible sense of place. The winning bidder will receive a collection made up of the following wines: A bottle of Jaubert Family Muscat Circa 1800 (250ml) in wooden gift box. “The highest rated South African wine ever by Robert Parker, scoring 99pts”. Just twelve 250ml bottles of this incredibly rare and ancient Muscat d’Alexandrie are released from a 100-litre French oak barrel in Klein Karoo that is topped up each year. It has an iridescent clear amber hue with green tints on the rim. In addition the winning bidder will receive; six 750ml bottles of Joubert-Tradauw Chardonnay 2013, Tradauw Syrah 2011, Tradauw R62 2012 and Tradauw Pinot Noir 2013. Meyer Joubert at the Joubert-Tradauw Family Vineyard restaurant will present a barrel tasting and luncheon for two.
